I get so excited when I meet a couple to think of fun but beautiful ways we can make their day super personal and a little different to all the others. I was inspired to become an independent civil celebrant when planning my own wedding and I was just desperate to break away from any norms and traditions that didn’t suit me. I do love tradition, the repetition of special moments that honour the things and the people we love. But let’s get rid of the ones we feel put us under pressure and don’t work for us!

I am also fighting for a more inclusive industry; everyone deserves to feel incredibly special on their wedding day. I am a visually impaired celebrant and this has spurred on my passion for inclusive fabulous weddings for everyone! No one should feel they don’t get a stunning wedding day, no matter race, body type or sexual orientation.

Every ceremony I write is a bespoke wedding ceremony, no copy and paste here. I spend time getting to know my couples and their unique love story to create a personal ceremony with rituals, should you so want them, that suit you and your guests.

I am a trained actor whose voice can adapt to any space, from an echoey warehouse wedding to a wedding ceremony in a field, all your guests will be able to hear your love story and laugh and cry in equal measure. I love colour, texture and sparkles as well as fashion with a dramatic flair. My couples are stylish, stunning and totally individual and I think its important that the celebrant matches the décor and vibe!
